The Westfarms Gift Card is accepted at any Westfarms store* or restaurant* and at any of the twenty Taubman-managed properties nation-wide. The Taubman Gift Card can be purchased in any amount from $20-$500 at our Customer Service Center during all mall hours ($2.50 service fee applies)
*only stores and restaurants that accept American Express
American Express Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Center during all mall hours. The Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and are accepted at any U.S. retail or restaurant establishment that welcomes American Express Cards ($4, $5 and $6 service fee applies, respectively).

Westfarms accepts cash, corporate checks, Visa, MasterCard Discover and American Express. Sorry, Westfarms does not accept personal checks.
Can I purchase a Gift Card online?
At this time, we are unable to sell Westfarms Gift Cards online. Based upon legislation in the following states: CT, HI, NH, RI & VT, it is cost prohibitive for American Express to sell our Gift Cards. You may still purchase a Gift Card at the Customer Service Center on the lower level in Center Court.
Can I bring my pet to Westfarms?
Unfortunately, pets are prohibited; except service animals such as Guide Dogs.
Does Westfarms have a food court?
Westfarms does not have a central food court. However we do offer a varied selection of quick food and full service restaurants which are conveniently located near the main entrances to the shopping center.

Do you rent strollers?
Yes, we do have strollers to rent on a first come, first served basis. They are available at our Customer Service Center, on the lower level in Center Court.
We have single, double, infant seat, and infant seat/toddler combination strollers available for a $5.00 refundable deposit (cash only). We also have a limited supply of shopping carts.
Do you rent wheelchairs?
Yes, wheelchairs are available for customer use on a first come, first served basis. They can be picked up at Customer Service, on the lower level in Center Court. You must leave a valid drivers license or state photo ID.
Where is the Lost and Found?
Please report any lost or found items to the Customer Service Center on the lower level in Center Court, or to a security officer.
Lost and Found items are held in the security office and can be claimed or reported by phoning 860-521-2874.
Do you have wireless Internet access?
Yes! AT&T makes it possible for you to get connected.
Complimentary wireless access is available in our Center Court on the lower level. While you're there, visit the AT&T Experience Kiosk in Center Court and find out what's new and exciting.
Where are Restrooms located?
Family restrooms are located on the lower level near Center Court; additional restrooms are located on the lower level near Macy*s Main Store and on the upper level near Nordstrom.
Do you have storage lockers available?
Storage lockers are currently not available to the public.

How can I reach the Security Department?
Westfarms has 24-hour security available at 860-521-2874.
You can also stop by the security department on the upper level by taking the lower level elevator near California Pizza Kitchen.
What if I need vehicle assistance in the Westfarms parking lot?
Security can provide a jumpstart for you, help you locate your vehicle, retrieve your keys if they are locked inside, change a flat tire and more. Ask for assistance at the security department on the upper level. You can also stop by Customer Service on the lower level in Center Court and they will contact security for you.
