The Customer Service Center is located on the lower level in Center Court and is open during all center hours:

Gift Cards

Give the gift of unlimited possibilities.  Give the person who has everything the option to buy what they want with the Westfarms American Express® Gift Card. Perfect for every person and every occasion, they can be used nationwide at their favorite retailers and restaurants that accept the American Express® Card.

Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Customer Service Center located on the lower level in Center Court.  Or purchase a gift card online.

Westfarms accepts cash, corporate checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.

Ticketmaster
The world's leading ticket company, now has a retail location at Westfarms Customer Service Center. Shoppers can purchase tickets here and access event information to a wide range of venues and entertainment options including sports, music, theater, arts, and family shows. Stroller Rental
We have single, double, infant seat, and infant seat/toddler combination strollers available on a first come, first served basis for a $5 refundable deposit (cash only). We also have a limited supply of shopping carts available.

Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs are available for use within the mall by leaving a valid driver's license or photo ID.

Gift Wrapping
While you wait, our Customer Service associates will wrap your gift to perfection!  The cost is $2* per gift,  (cash only) and includes paper, bow and tag.

*$4 for oversized gifts.  We do not supply boxes.  At busy times, please limit gifts to 2 per person.

Photo Copy and Fax Service
Copies are 25¢ per page. Faxes are $2 for the first page and $1 per page thereafter (cash only).

Postage Stamps
Single stamps available at 46¢ each, books of 20 stamps for $9.20 (cash only).

Lost & Found
Lost and found items can be dropped off at Customer Service or given to a security officer.
